Meals are prepared from our rotating menu which is always changing based on what’s fresh at the grocery stores and local markets.

Some staples include Roasted Chicken, Roasted Pork, Tacos, Salads, Burrito Bowls, Lasagna and Stir Fries to name a few.

Choose the number of meals per week. Minimum is 2 meals per week @ USD $16.70/EC$45 per meal.

Choose Frequency

Delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Select Delivery of 2 or more meals on 1, 2 or 3 days.

Meals are USD$16.70/EC$45 Each+ USD$3.70/EC$10 Per Delivery. That works out to:
2 Meal Delivery = USD$37/EC$100
4 Meal Delivery = USD$70.5/EC$190

    Yes! You must cancel your meals within 48 hours of delivery.

    No, you cannot. We tailor your meals based on your preferences, allergies, and intolerances from our rotating menu that changes based on what’s fresh at the supermarkets and local market.

    This way you don’t have the stress of having to decide every week and we can deliver you the freshest food available in the local market!

    Yes you can, however, the price per meal outside of the Meal Prep Program are EC$45 per meal + EC$10 for Delivery.
